Job Summary

Shape and protect Highland Spring Group’s reputation by leading external affairs, stakeholder engagement and proactive storytelling that align with business priorities and sustainability goals.

  • Strategic Reputation: Develop and lead external affairs and corporate communications strategy across government, media, industry and stakeholder audiences.
  • Policy & Advocacy: Cultivate relationships with government, regulators and industry bodies to influence policy in packaging, recycling, water stewardship and health.
  • Media & Leadership: Direct corporate media relations and press office activity with Marketing and agency partners.

  • Strategic Reputation & External Affairs: Develop and lead the external affairs and corporate communications strategy across government, media, industry and stakeholder audiences.
  • Policy & Advocacy: Build and maintain relationships with government representatives, regulators and industry bodies to influence policy areas including packaging, recycling, water stewardship and health.
  • Media & Communications Leadership: Lead corporate media relations and press office activity in partnership with Marketing and agencies.
