We are seeking enthusiastic interns for the Shiseido Hajimari Summer Internship program, a paid, full-time, 9-week experience from June 1st to July 31st. Based in our New Jersey and New York offices, this program offers hands-on exposure to the full product life-cycle, from Marketing to Manufacturing, along with impactful projects, networking opportunities, and professional development workshops. What You’ll Do Conduct competitive analysis for product categories within skincare and provide recommendations to drive growth Contribute strategic ideas for product innovation Review trend reports for skincare and highlight key opportunities for brand Support creation of launch-related documents such as product briefs, marketing bulletins, and product dossiers Requirements Must be a rising Junior or Senior in college working towards a bachelor’s degree Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and highly organized Energetic, self-motivated, results oriented Flexible and able to function in a fast-paced, safety-first work environment Have a passion for cosmetics, the beauty industry and keeping up-to-date with industry trends #Nylaw
