We are hiring a GTM Engineer to build and own the data and automation engine behind our go-to-market.

Paires is an AI-first fundraising platform. We pair founders with the right investors from a large, engaged global investor network, then run the outreach that turns into meetings. It is a two-sided platform, live with paying clients, profitable and self-funded, built by a small, senior, flat team that ships fast.

The role

You own the data and the automation that power our go-to-market, balanced across both: the pipelines that unify founder and investor data, and the systems that run our outreach.

What you will own

• ETL and pipelines: ingest, dedup, and enrich data from many sources into one clean spine.
• The automation layer: outreach engines like SmartLead and HeyReach, sequences, and API integrations.
• Data quality that moves the metric: domain matching, entity resolution, enrichment.
• The health and instrumentation of the live outreach engine.

You are a fit if you

• Are strong in SQL and Python, with real production ETL pipelines behind you.
• Have built API automations across outbound tools or a CRM.
• Care about data quality and instrument it, rather than just moving rows.
• Build from scratch, ship, and move fast with AI tooling.

Bonus: dbt, Airbyte, Clay, Attio or HubSpot, growth or outbound experience.

Fully remote and async. The best AI tooling, paid (Claude Code, Cursor, top models). You work alongside our GTM lead. Compensation: 70,000 to 120,000 GBP per year.
