Responsibilities

• Strategy Development: Owning the end-to-end social strategy across all platforms to enhance brand presence and achieve commercial goals
• Funnel Optimization: Building seamless pathways that turn passive social media views and engagement into active leads or direct sales
• A/B Testing & Experimentation: Continually running creative tests on elements like video hooks, call-to-actions, and landing pages to see what converts best.
• Paid and Organic Integration: Coordinating organic content strategy alongside paid social media advertising campaigns for maximum budget efficiency
• Data & Analytics: Creating and reviewing dashboard metrics (e.g., CPA, LTV, ROAS) to identify trends, test hypotheses, and optimize content for engagement and conversion.
• Community Management: Fostering community, managing conversations, and handling PR to maintain a positive online brand reputation.
• Social Management: Taking ownership of all platforms to drive growth for the business.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in growth, performance or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of paid media performance marketing (Meta, Google etc.)
• AI-first approach to research, analysis, and problem-solving
• Can use or learn to use AI agents to automate workflows
• Hands on experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
• Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, including algorithm updates and native editing tools
• Good eye for content creation and knowing what will appeal to our customers.
• Strong analytical capability with a data-led approach to decision making
• Strong ability to interpret data and prepare performance reports.
• Highly organised with the ability to adapt and follow through on proposals
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment
• 5 days a week in central London office (Liverpool Street/Moorgate)
