Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the international member journey from sign-up to first booking, expanding over time into repeat purchase, loyalty and referrals.
  • Lead lifecycle marketing and CRM across international markets using Braze, tailoring activity to each market.
  • Manage and develop the Marketing Coordinator, supporting their growth into full ownership of day-to-day campaign delivery.
  • Plan and run campaigns and incentives that encourage new members to make their first booking.
  • Build journeys that encourage international members to book again and deepen their loyalty.
  • Run a continuous test-and-learn programme across the funnel with Product and Analytics, documenting results and quickly stopping tests that don’t deliver.
  • Represent international member needs to Commercial, shaping the offers they see and highlighting gaps in the range.
  • Use data to tailor offers to the right members at the right time, and track and improve campaign performance.
  • Adapt the lifecycle playbook as new markets open, working with Paid, Product and Commercial to sequence activity.
  • Own the international first-purchase dashboard and report monthly to the CMO on conversion by market, incremental contribution and next priorities.

Requirements

  • You’ll be an experienced growth, lifecycle or CRM marketer with a strong track record of improving conversion or repeat purchase. You’ll combine hands-on campaign delivery with sharp commercial judgement, using data and experimentation to grow customer value across international markets.
  • Proven experience in growth, lifecycle or CRM marketing, ideally in travel, e-commerce or a marketplace.
  • Hands-on experience with a CRM platform such as Braze, including journey design, segmentation and A/B or holdout testing.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work in SQL or BigQuery, or brief and challenge analysts with precision.
  • Commercial judgement when designing offers and incentives, with an understanding of margin and incrementality as well as redemption.
  • Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills across functions and time zones.
  • Adaptable and decisive, with the ability to keep pace with a changing business and make confident calls.
  • A roll-your-sleeves-up approach, able to spot opportunities in ambiguity and deliver campaigns without relying on agencies.

Benefits

  • First-class health and well-being program, including a Wellness Studio with organised classes, breakfast and catered lunch provided five days a week, plus an exceptional Employee Assistance Program.
  • Fun and flexible working environment
  • Great end of trip facilities with secure bike racks, locker and shower rooms
  • Generous staff, friends and family travel discounts and birthday leave!
