Own the SMB go-to-market engine from ICP to pipeline, balancing channel mix, demand-gen, and revenue signals with a hands-on, coaching-led growth function.

  • Brand and Content: Keep a credible, focused Learning Tech voice across messaging and assets.
  • Growth Ops and Measurement: Track what works, optimize CAC and revenue signals, and tighten attribution.

Job Description

Responsibilities - Go-to-market strategy: ICP definition, positioning, messaging, pricing inputs - Channel mix: diagnose what's working and concentrate spend where it pays back - Demand generation and pipeline: own the number alongside sales motion - Line management of Growth Specialist: set priorities, coaching, raise the ceiling - Brand and content: keep LLC voice sharp and credible in L&D/learning tech - Marketing ops and measurement: know what’s working and what isn’t - Customer marketing: case studies, references, expansion within existing accounts Requirements - 5+ years in B2B marketing, with at least 2 in a senior or leading role - Demonstrable track record in SMB go-to-market - Comfortable owning a pipeline, revenue contribution, CAC, or equivalent metric - Hands-on operator: write emails, brief ads, edit landing pages, run experiments - Experience managing or coaching at least one direct report - Pragmatic about tooling and budget - Strong commercial instincts and comfort with founders and sales Preferred - Experience in EdTech, L&D, HR tech, or SaaS sold to L&D / HR buyers - Familiarity with LMS ecosystems (Docebo, Cornerstone, 360Learning) - Background in or around training providers, learning consultancies, or corporate L&D functions - Experience helping a product go from light-launch to repeatable revenue - Comfort with short-form video and social content production Benefits - 5.6 weeks statutory holiday, pro-rata - Auto-enrolment pension, employer contribution per UK minimums - Remote-first, with one day per week on-site in Leeds - Pay reviews at end of probation (12 months) - Equity and revenue share are on the roadmap as the business matures (not in place today)
