Job Summary

Own UK growth channels across DTC, website experience and paid media with a clear line of sight to ROI and pipeline. Drive conversions and trust signals via reviews and live chat, while coordinating with sales on promotions.

  • DTC & Website: Own the UK site experience, conversions, and review-driven trust signals.
  • Paid & Affiliate: Lead agency-driven PPC/Social and affiliate programs with measurable KPI targets.
  • eCRM & Lead Gen: Build lifecycle campaigns and data recruitment to fuel growth.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • DTC & Website Management: Oversee DTC strategy and website performance, ensuring an optimised and engaging user experience.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align promotional campaigns.
  • Own the visual and functional look and feel of the UK website.
  • Oversee review generation programs to enhance trust and conversion.
  • Manage live midwife chat service relationship to support customer needs and optimise consumer experience.
  • Performance Marketing and Agency Management: Manage agency on performance marketing / paid media channels (PPC & Social ads) across TikTok, Meta & Google Ads
  • Define and monitor key performance metrics, reporting on ROI and working with agency to optimise budget spend.
  • Work with agency & UK Marketing Director define quarterly priorities and target audience strategies.
  • Affiliate Marketing: Oversee affiliate programme development and optimisation, including commission structure and profitability goals.
  • Manage outreach and relationship-building with affiliate partners.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years’ experience in digital or growth marketing role, with a proven ability to manage projects independently and take ownership of marketing channels, from strategy to execution.
  • Strong understanding and demonstrable track record in managing affiliate marketing, social commerce, websites, and eCRM.
  • Experience working with marketing agencies and cross-functional teams.

Preferred

  • Understanding of ai in relation to SEO.
  • Self-starter with a proactive, commercial, problem-solving mindset.
