Growth Marketing Manager – Content, SEO & Lead Generation

Responsibilities

• Owning Earworm's marketing strategy and turning it into a clear plan
• Creating genuinely good content - from articles and case studies to campaigns, emails, landing pages and social content
• Growing our organic search presence through SEO
• Managing and improving PPC campaigns across Google and other relevant channels
• Developing campaigns specifically designed to generate qualified B2B leads
• Building landing pages and improving conversion rates
• Finding creative ways to get Earworm in front of the brands we want to work with
• Working with our sales team to turn marketing activity into pipeline
• Using our client work, results and insights to create compelling marketing
• Tracking what's working across traffic, leads, conversion and pipeline

Requirements

• Strong content marketing and copywriting skills
• Hands-on SEO experience
• Experience running PPC campaigns, particularly Google Ads
• A good understanding of lead generation and conversion
• Experience with analytics and using data to make marketing decisions
• An understanding of landing pages, funnels and conversion optimisation
• Experience marketing a B2B business, agency or professional service
• The confidence to take ownership rather than waiting for a detailed brief
• A genuinely creative brain
• Most importantly, you think commercially.
