Build TikTok Shop from scratch and coordinate with an agency to scale revenue.
Drive performance through rigorous testing, data analysis, and ROI-focused optimization.

Job Description

TikTok Shop and Email are key channels for growth, with a clear mandate to drive faster customer acquisition, retention, and revenue through data-driven optimization.

Gain new customers at a significantly faster rate
Increase customer retention and repeat purchase rate
Grow the average order value
Run and strengthen engagement across email and social channels
Work with TikTok agency to grow TikTok shop as a key revenue channel
Improve overall marketing performance through analysis, testing and optimisation
Work directly with Catherine on day-to-day execution and wider strategic direction of the brand
Lead Email Marketing & Retention and Social Media & Content efforts
Develop and implement TikTok From Scratch strategy
Provide Meta platform support and analytics & commercial thinking

Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in a similar growth, marketing or content-focused role
Experience taking campaigns from idea to execution, analysis and optimisation
Understand both marketing and sales and their linkage in a growing business
Experience working with marketing budgets and understanding return on investment
Be commercially aware and understand what good performance looks like across channels
Be confident in analysing metrics and using data to improve performance and decision-making
Highly organised, proactive and accountable
Career-driven and ambitious, with a genuine desire to grow within Catherine’s Originals
Feels excited by the opportunity to lead all things marketing as the company scales
Experience: Shopify
