Optimize creative based on performance data (CTR, ROAS, CPC)

Requirements

3+ years experience designing paid social ads
Strong short-form video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, etc.)
Direct experience building ads for Meta + TikTok
Deep understanding of performance creative testing
Ability to balance luxury aesthetic with performance marketing needs
Fast turnaround and high output
Comfortable working in a scrappy, high-growth startup environment
