Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Creative concepting and pitching: contribute platform-first ideas aligned with global campaign themes; Proactively pitch social-first concepts backed by data
  • Global stewardship: define and deliver guidelines to empower teams; ensure global consistency and local relevance
  • Best-in-class copywriting: deliver social copy that balances global tone with platform-native wit and brevity; approve regional captions and posts in Sprout queue
  • Content execution and publishing: lead end-to-end publishing across all global channels; transform assets into platform-perfect posts; maintain the global social content calendar
  • Trend participation and proactive posting: identify trending audio/memes; turn around reactive content quickly for on-trend posts
  • Community engagement and voice: engage in comments and DMs; monitor mentions and spark conversations; flag issues to leadership
  • Platform best practice & specs: ensure accessibility and platform-specific best practices; provide feedback on social-readiness of concepts
  • Tracking and reporting: pull weekly performance data and provide insights on pitched concepts
  • Studio operations: support day-to-day studio operations and briefing designers/freelancers
