Your Role: Global Corporate Communications Associate As Global Corporate Communications Associate, you will be part of Elanco’s Corporate Communications team, serving as the operational owner of our core communications channels and serving a key enabling role in the team. In this role, you’ll be accountable for the administration, coordination, and execution of content across platforms—ensuring precision, quality, consistency, and timing across the enterprise. You’ll work with internal and external social media, product PR and employee engagement, providing a wide range of opportunity to explore the various areas of communications. You will act as the central hub between content strategy and delivery, working cross-functionally to align messaging, manage review processes and publishing workflows, and ensure content is deployed seamlessly across channels in support of corporate, business, and enterprise priorities. Your Responsibilities Own the day-to-day administration and execution of Elanco’s communications channels, including social media, the intranet, press wires, 3BL, Benevity, Glassdoor, and promo-mats workflows Coordinate publishing and distribution across channels to ensure alignment, consistency, and effective sequencing of content Lead copy editing and brand accuracy checks to ensure content meets editorial, brand, and quality standards Manage evergreen content development, updates, and maintenance across platforms Build and manage channel calendars, execution timelines, and publish workflows in close partnership with content owners and stakeholders Have a front row seat supporting Elanco’s impact work and communications making difference in the lives of people, animals and our community. What You Need To Succeed (minimum Qualifications) Education: Bachelor’s Degree or High School Diploma / GED with equivalent experience Required Experience: A minimum of 3+ years of experience in communications, content operations, digital publishing, or channel management Top Skills: Strong operational rigor and attention to detail, paired with strong written and oral communications skills as well as the ability to coordinate across teams and manage multiple channels simultaneously What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (preferred Qualifications) Experience owning or administering multiple communications channels within a corporate or enterprise environment Hands-on experience with communications platforms, internal communications tools, and content publishing workflows Strong understanding of brand governance, editorial standards, and content quality control Experience working cross-functionally with communications, product PR, and business stakeholders Ability to bring structure, clarity, and consistency to complex, high-volume content environments Agriculture, animal health, veterinary, or PR agency experience is a plus.
