Job Summary

You will own and drive multi‑channel marketing programs for financial services, partnering with IPG, Product Specialists, Events and Investor Marketing to execute plans, events, digital campaigns, and content, while tracking impact and ensuring cross‑functional collaboration.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Supporting large-scale channel marketing programs through partnership with IPG, Product Specialists, Events and Shared Services Teams. These events may include advertising, web, social media, industry conferences, thought leadership and major sales programs to build awareness
Supporting the development and execution of marketing plans and assisting in communication with internal stakeholders
Developing strong relationships to effectively collaborate with Marketing partners and across the business to achieve Gold Standard results
Partnering with the Digital Team to execute email campaigns for various audiences via Eloqua and effectively manage workflow for content creation, list generation and email distribution
Maintaining and updating channel-specific website content and providing proactive reviews and updates of collateral and webpages
Project managing and preparing content and marketing materials for conferences and events in partnership with various internal stakeholder groups
Supporting investor-facing virtual events including quarterly webcasts and webinars
Tracking, analyzing and reporting on effectiveness of marketing programs to help measure success and inform future campaigns
Organizing meetings, preparing agendas, communicating post-meeting action items and driving follow through on key action items to ensure successful project execution
Contributing to creating an environment where diversity of thought and experience is welcomed and encouraged

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education required
3+ years of experience in a similar financial services marketing role
Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to prioritize and be accountable for multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience with brand amplification and digital marketing platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to deliver traditional and digital marketing solutions working as part of a team in collaboration with multiple business stakeholders
Strong relationship building skills based on trust and strong work product
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Meticulous attention to detail and “can do” and proactive attitude with a passion for delivering high-quality work
Demonstrated ability to effectively leverage AI tools in day-to-day work, with strong critical thinking to assess accuracy, limitations and appropriate use of AI generated outputs

Preferred

Knowledge of alternative investment sales processes and products is preferred
Proficiency in MS Office (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint); familiar with Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft SharePoint and CMS systems (e.g., Seismic) is a plus
