Job Summary

Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead the development of strategic creative briefs for key initiatives, ensuring alignment with divisional goals and national brand strategy.
Direct cross-functional collaboration with Regional Marketing Directors, Division Presidents, Sales, Digital Marketing, and Creative Services to ensure cohesive and impactful campaign execution.
Oversee the execution and management of the integrated marketing calendar across all channels, aligning timing and messaging to maximize engagement and performance.
Oversee and guide the development and localization of marketing assets, signage, events, sponsorships, and outreach initiatives to strengthen regional brand presence.
Lead and partner with National strategy teams to interpret campaign performance and regional market insights, using data to optimize marketing plans and drive results.
Serve as the point of contact (POC), owner and driver of integrated marketing plans, ensuring alignment across teams and timely execution.
Lead, enforce and uphold brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints within the region, ensuring adherence to national standards and guidelines.

Requirements

Bachelor of Science or Arts degree or equivalent required/ High school diploma or GED required.
Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple deadlines across various communities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build effective partnerships with internal teams and sales teams.
Resourceful and solution oriented.
Leverage digital and analytical tools with confidence to drive insights and outcomes.

Preferred

Minimum 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in home building, real estate, marketing or consumer-facing industries preferred.
Experience in home building, real estate, or consumer- facing industries is a plus.
