Job Summary

Own the French e-commerce experience end to end, driving content accuracy, campaign execution, localization, and performance analysis across the French market.

  • Manage day-to-day site operations and content updates
  • Analyze GA4/Hotjar data and share actionable insights
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising and Customer Service to optimise the customer journey

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day management of the French e-commerce website.
  • Update website content, product information, promotions and merchandising activity.
  • Ensure products, pricing, translations and promotional messaging are accurate and up to date.
  • Support ecommerce trading activity across seasonal campaigns and commercial initiatives.
  • Translate and adapt website content, product descriptions, landing pages and marketing materials into fluent French.
  • Ensure content is culturally relevant and aligned with French customer expectations.
  • Maintain accuracy across terminology, spelling, currency and local compliance requirements.
  • Monitor key ecommerce metrics including traffic, conversion rate, revenue, average order value and customer behaviour.
  • Support reporting and analysis using tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Hotjar .
  • Share insights and recommendations to help improve website performance.

Requirements

  • Fluent French and English (written and spoken).
  • Previous experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, online trading or website management.
  • Experience working with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento or similar CMS platforms.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and website performance reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams.
  • A passion for digital customer experiences and online retail.

Preferred

  • Experience within luxury retail, jewellery, fashion or premium consumer brands.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices.
  • Experience using Hotjar or similar customer behaviour tools.
  • Understanding of conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
  • Experience working with multilingual or international ecommerce websites.
