Job Summary

Own the end-to-end MarTech architecture and integration delivery, turning business problems into scalable CRM/CDP/MA solutions and guiding data flows from discovery to production.

Discovery & Architecture: Lead workshops and define target-state for CRM, CDP, and MA with governance and scalability.
Solution Design & Delivery: Translate problems into options with trade-offs, and guide end-to-end implementation with planning and requirements.
Data & Integrations: Architect data schemas and event tracking, and manage cross-stack integrations including ETL patterns and omnichannel messaging.

Job Description

Discovery & Architecture: Lead workshops to understand objectives, data flows, and constraints; define target-state for CRM, CDP, and marketing automation with governance and scalability.
Solution Design & Delivery: Translate business problems into technical options with trade-offs, effort estimates, and risks; guide end-to-end implementations with planning, requirements, and build support.
Data & Integrations: Architect data schemas and event-tracking plans; design and support integrations across the MarTech stack, including ETL/reverse ETL patterns and omnichannel messaging.
