Customer expectations are evolving. Each generation expects more that the last. They’re spending differently, learning differently, living differently. These new behaviours demand new experiences. Because the pace of change isn’t just accelerating. It's hurtling forward faster than anything we've lived through before. And with each shift, the gap between expectation and experience grows.Seamless, personal, connected experiences are non-negotiable. That's why we’re always anticipating, constantly adapting and continually discovering. Why we're obsessed with experiences that are convenient, relevant, excellent. It’s how we’re closing the gap between expectation and experience. Now and for the generations to come.
