Responsibilities

• Develop and refine paid social acquisition strategy
• Support campaign planning and optimisation across Meta and Pinterest
• Build scalable testing frameworks for creative, audiences, and offers
• Analyse performance data and identify growth opportunities
• Advise on attribution, tracking, and reporting
• Help prepare the business for expansion into TikTok advertising
• Mentor and collaborate with the in-house marketing team
• Recommend new tools, processes, and automation opportunities
• Audit and improve existing paid social campaigns
• Create channel-specific growth strategies

Requirements

• Proven experience managing and scaling ecommerce paid social campaigns
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Pinterest Ads
• Experience launching or scaling TikTok paid campaigns
• Knowledge of attribution platforms and tracking setup
• A data-driven approach to optimisation and testing
• Experience collaborating with internal teams or acting as a strategic consultant
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Experience in DTC/ecommerce brands - ideally within the gifting sector but not essential
