Job Description Seeking a Fractional Senior Digital Analytics Strategist to lead digital analytics strategy across client engagements. This role goes beyond reporting - we need a strategic partner who can translate behavioral data into actionable insights and work closely with UX and CRO teams to drive measurable performance improvements. The ideal candidate is highly confident in GA4 and Looker Studio, comfortable owning tagging strategy and audits, and capable of advising senior stakeholders on performance optimization. This is an ongoing contract role (5–10 hours per week) with potential to expand based on client demand. Responsibilities: Strategic Analytics Leadership Serve as the analytics subject matter expert across digital client engagements. Translate GA4 and behavioral data into actionable insights tied to UX and CRO initiatives. Identify conversion friction points and partner with UX/CRO leads on optimization strategies. Lead KPI discovery sessions to align analytics frameworks with business objectives. GA4 + Tagging Strategy Own GA4 configuration, event strategy, and reporting structure. Audit and refine tagging schemas (GTM, GA4) to ensure data accuracy and scalability. Diagnose tracking issues and proactively resolve discrepancies. Establish analytics best practices and governance processes. Visualization & Insight Delivery Build and maintain executive-ready dashboards in Looker Studio. Create reporting frameworks that move beyond metrics into narrative-driven insights. Deliver concise, strategic insights to senior stakeholders and C-suite audiences. Support ad-hoc analysis tied to marketing, product, and revenue performance. Data Integration & Collaboration Collaborate closely with UX and CRO leads to align analytics with experimentation and testing. Integrate data from marketing, product, and CRM systems as needed. Ensure measurement frameworks support A/B testing and optimization initiatives. Required Experience: 5+ years in digital analytics, with demonstrated strategic ownership. 3+ years of hands-on GA4 experience (configuration, event tracking, debugging). 3+ years building dashboards in Looker Studio (or equivalent BI tools). Strong experience with Google Tag Manager. Proven experience partnering with UX and CRO teams. Strong ability to interpret data and communicate insights to senior stakeholders. Experience auditing and troubleshooting analytics implementations. Nice to Have: Experience working within agency environments. Experience integrating marketing + CRM + product analytics data. Familiarity with A/B testing tools and experimentation frameworks. SQL or advanced data analysis experience. Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms.
