Responsibilities

Brand Management & Consistency - Support the execution and consistency of Lucky Goat Coffee brand standards across corporate cafés, franchise locations, wholesale, e-commerce, and marketing channels. - Coordinate brand asset organization, including logos, templates, photography, graphics, and other approved creative resources. - Assist with reviewing brand materials for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with established brand standards. - Support the development and maintenance of brand guidelines, templates, and resources for internal teams and franchise partners. - Assist with brand-related questions and requests from internal departments and franchisees.
Brand Experience Coordination - Serve as the primary advocate for the customer by representing guest feedback, identifying opportunities for improvement, and championing initiatives that enhance the overall Lucky Goat Coffee experience. - Develop and maintain brand standards for customer-facing communications across email, phone, social media, review platforms, and digital channels to ensure a consistent Lucky Goat Coffee brand voice. - Conduct routine audits of customer-facing brand standards across cafés, digital platforms, the mobile app, and marketing touchpoints to ensure consistency and quality. - Coordinate Lucky Goat Coffee’s philanthropy initiatives through the Lucky Goat Coffee Gives Back program. - Oversee Lucky Goat Coffee’s fundraising program ensuring excellence in all fundraising experiences. This is a key initiative to strengthen our brand identity within the Tallahassee community and Franchise markets. - Oversee the planning and execution of special events for the Tallahassee market, partnering with Café Leadership, vendors, event coordinators, and creative teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Retail & Merchandise - Support the Brand Merchandise Associate in the development, coordination, and execution of Lucky Goat Coffee retail merchandise and seasonal product capsules for corporate cafés, franchise locations, and special initiatives. - Oversee product research, vendor communication, samples, pricing, and product information. - Support inventory tracking, product availability, and merchandise ordering processes as assigned. - Assist with the preparation of retail presentations, product recaps, and seasonal launch materials.
Café & Brand Experience - Assist with the execution of brand standards and visual merchandising across corporate and franchise cafés. - Support café branding projects, including signage, murals, furniture, décor, and other customer-facing brand elements as assigned. - Coordinate brand-related materials and deliverables for new café openings and remodels. - Assist with pre-open brand preparation, ensuring that required signage, merchandise, and branded materials are organized and delivered on time. - Support brand audits, documentation, and follow-up on brand consistency opportunities. - Collaborate with Corporate and Franchise teams to support a consistent Lucky Goat Coffee experience across locations.
Administrative & Operational - Maintain brand calendars, project trackers, vendor information, and brand documentation. - Coordinate vendor communications, quotes, samples, invoices, and purchase orders as needed. - Assist with maintaining brand and creative budgets, tracking project expenses, and monitoring spend against approved budgets. - Support the development of presentations, project recaps, and brand reports. - Assist with organizing and maintaining shared brand resources and digital asset libraries. - Support Branding Department financial operations, including expense reporting, invoice processing, budget tracking, and other administrative needs to ensure accuracy and fiscal responsibility. - Oversee Corporate Office communications and administrative coordination to help ensure a smooth, welcoming, and positive experience for employees and visitors.

Requirements

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail
Strong understanding of brand consistency, visual presentation, and customer experience
Experience coordinating creative projects, managing assets, and working with internal teams and vendors
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management software such as Asana
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Branding, Business, or related field preferred
1–2+ years of brand coordination, marketing, creative project coordination, retail merchandising, or related experience preferred
Familiarity with design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite preferred
Familiarity with retail merchandising, branded merchandise, or e-commerce platforms preferred
