The Exhibition Coordinator Assistant will assist with organizing event materials, tracking logistics, and ensuring smooth on-site operations. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced event environment. Responsibilities Assist in organizing and preparing exhibition materials and displays Coordinate event logistics, including schedules, shipments, and vendor communication Prepare inventory and materials for event transport Support on-site setup and breakdown of exhibition booths and displays Track event equipment and ensure materials are accounted for before and after events Maintain organized documentation related to exhibitions and event operations Qualifications Minimum requirements High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus Previous experience in event support, coordination, or logistics is preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to lift up to 30–40 lbs as needed What We Offer Competitive weekly pay Training provided Opportunities for growth within the company Supportive and team-oriented environment Stable, full-time schedule
