Position Title: Executive Talent Sourcer – C-Level & Executive Search Location: Malvern, PA (Remote) Clearance Requirements: None Position Status: Contract to Hire Pay Rate: $60 - $65 per hour Position Description: We are seeking a highly strategic and research-driven Executive Talent Sourcer to support enterprise-level leadership hiring initiatives. This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and attracting C-suite and senior executive talent across business and corporate functions. You will partner closely with executive recruiters, HR leaders, and senior stakeholders to deliver market intelligence, develop targeted sourcing strategies, and build pipelines of world-class leadership talent. This is a high-impact, client-facing role ideal for professionals who thrive in complex executive searches and enjoy influencing leadership hiring through data, insight, and relationship-building. The ideal candidate brings strong executive sourcing expertise, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to delivering top-of-house talent. Key Responsibilities: Partner with executive recruiters and senior business leaders to define hiring strategies for C-level and senior executive (S5–S8) roles Conduct executive search intake sessions to understand leadership needs, organizational direction, and success profiles Source and engage senior leaders across industries including investment management, financial services, banking, capital markets, and technology Develop innovative sourcing strategies using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent intelligence tools, and market research methodologies Build and maintain pipelines of executive-level candidates through proactive outreach and relationship management Deliver talent market insights, competitor intelligence, and candidate assessments to leadership stakeholders Create executive-ready presentations and reports using PowerPoint to communicate search strategy and findings Collaborate with internal teams and external search partners to support complex executive hiring initiatives Ensure exceptional candidate experience through thoughtful, confidential, and inclusive engagement practices Maintain strong follow-through, attention to detail, and consistent execution across multiple concurrent searches Required Skills/Education: Mandatory: Proven experience sourcing and recruiting C-Level executives (candidates without this experience will not be considered) Minimum 5+ years of recruiting or talent sourcing experience, including 3+ years focused on executive search or executive talent research Experience supporting executive hiring within a large enterprise, financial services environment, or executive search firm Strong stakeholder management and ability to build credibility with senior leaders and executive audiences Demonstrated expertise in: Executive sourcing strategies Talent market mapping & competitive intelligence LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search techniques Executive candidate engagement and relationship building High LinkedIn outreach effectiveness and strong executive communication skills Advanced presentation and storytelling skills using PowerPoint Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities Exceptional attention to detail, follow-through, and organizational skills Strong emotional intelligence and professional presence when engaging senior leaders Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in HR, Business, or related field About Seneca Resources At Seneca Resources, we are more than just a staffing and consulting firm, we are a trusted career partner.
