Ventures Events is an event production company specializing in delivering world-class events. We constantly strive to exceed expectations, create unforgettable memories, and generate new revenue streams while leveraging our reputable and institutional brands. Responsibilities: Assist customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions for all clients Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client. Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all customer requests. Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client's needs. Creating, assembling, and distributing exhibitor kits. Manage the show office during all expo events, to include client check-in, payments, questions etc. Set up accounts accurately and on time, and track all billing status. Collect, and store COI”s (Certificates of Insurance), and credit card payment information. Build contracts and reporting data as needed. Assist in updating sales presentations and materials as needed. Ability to understand and implement Smartsheet’s , USI, and Visme technology. Enhance department and organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Requirements: Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail. Excellent time management, verbal, and written communications skills. Ability to collect, track, and analyze substantial amounts of data. Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment with little oversight. Ability to think strategically and operationally, and prioritize among competing tasks A positive attitude and team first spirit is required. Must be able to work closely with team members over the phone, in video conference, and in person. Protect and represent Ventures Events’ character and integrity with the highest level of professionalism as an event industry leader. Ability to exercise the authority to make sound executive decisions quickly during event execution (with or without prior approval). Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside of the box are essential. Travel required. (*approximately 10 events per year) Other duties as assigned. #LOCALiQ The annualized base salary for this role will range between $45,000 and $50,000. Variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, location, and union representation, if applicable.
