Bal Harbour Village was incorporated on August 14,1946. The Council consists of five Councilmembers who serve as the policy-making body of the Village. The Village Manager ensures that policies, directives, resolutions and ordinances adopted by the Village Council are enforced and implemented. The Village Manager is also charged with the daily operations of the Village.
