About Our Property Workplace Hospitality Services is all of the best aspects of hospitality placed into a corporate workplace environment. We are the ambassadors of culture and provide industry leading hospitality services to over 50,000 office workers throughout our properties while allowing their work day to be executed seamlessly. Covering over 15 million square feet of space overall, we support daily office reservations, supply needs, provide expertise on building and local amenities as well as world class event planning services. Our Workplace Hospitality Coordinators are experts in event execution, proprietary systems administration, customer service, and so much more. We make the difference by creating moments that matter and pave the way for an exceptional day. We support the clients, so they can support the business. Your Role What you will have an opportunity to do: Assemble, arrange and tear down conference equipment in conference rooms Thorough cleaning of event rooms, following proper cleaning standards Refreshes meeting rooms during meal and coffee breaks Completes special projects as directed by department management. Communicate and maintain a positive relationship with culinary and stewarding staff Maintain an awareness of all functions, events and meetings taking place at any given time #ZR80 What are we looking for?
