This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to kickstart their career in a supportive environment. As a Personal Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks and activities Responsibilities: Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including appointments and travel arrangements. Organize and coordinate meetings and events, ensuring all details are handled efficiently. Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence. Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed. Assist in project management tasks, tracking progress and updating team members as necessary. Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper, to ensure all documents are organized and accessible. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field preferred. Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize them effectively in a fast-paced environment.
