Role Overview We’re looking for an outgoing Entry-Level Event Assistant to join our team and support live promotional events. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who thrive in face-to-face, customer-facing environments, enjoy interacting with people, and are excited to develop their careers in sales, event execution, and brand representation. Sales will be a core part of this role — you’ll be engaging with people, sharing campaign stories, and driving participation or conversions during events. What You’ll Be Doing Assist with setup, execution, and breakdown of live events and brand activations. Engage directly with event attendees to share information, answer questions, and convey the campaign's value. Drive customer interest and sales by clearly explaining products, promotions, or participation opportunities. Build authentic conversations that increase awareness for the brand and campaign goals. Help capture leads or sales directly at events. Work closely with the team to deliver professional, high-impact interactions that reflect Markato values. What We’re Looking For Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — confident speaking with diverse audiences. Comfortable engaging people in direct, face-to-face interactions throughout an event. A willingness to learn and grow in sales and event execution.
