Try Career AgentThe Role The Enterprise Account Executive is an individual contributor, quota-carrying, hunter-farmer role selling integrated ACE products (membership, events, research, digital, content) to SAP Partner companies. The role manages a dedicated SDR and a named account territory of ~30-40 global SAP Partner technology companies. You will be selling directly to C-Level (CMO, CEO) and VP/Director level marketing executives at these companies. You will inherit a named, global territory of active SAP partner and B2B technology clients, not a cold, greenfield patch. You will grow those accounts year over year with a dedicated client delivery support team to assure customer retention. The Enterprise Account Executive reports to the CRO of SAPinsider. Responsibilities include: Manage a dedicated SDR to penetrate and grow existing accounts. Manage a dedicated CSR to coordinate and manage all client delivery. Own a global named account territory of 30-50 existing client B2B technology SAP Partner companies. Drive renewals and multi-product expansion building on Membership and Events as the foundation stone for every client relationship. Sell annual membership, event sponsorship, webinars, email campaigns, digital advertising, content syndication, editorial creation and lead generation programs. Manage an annual sales quota in excess of $2.0M in 2026 with a target 115% Net Revenue Retention with >90% client retention annually. Build and deepen relationships with all key Executives and Marketing leaders in every client account including CEO, CMO, Events, Advertising, Lead Generation, Product Marketing, Field Marketing and Market Intelligence. Maintain a healthy pipeline with 30–120-day sales cycles and typical deal sizes range from $25,000 to $500,000 plus. Professional Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess: 7+ years sales experience in B2B media, events, or marketing services selling to marketing decision‑makers at technology or SaaS companies. Direct experience in consultative selling into B2B marketing functions including content marketing, event marketing, demand generation marketing and advertising. Proven track record of 1M+ annual quota attainment with multi‑product, solutions‑oriented selling (not transactional or pure ad‑ops selling). Proven experience in media, events and lead generation sales and renewals. Experience selling integrated campaigns (events, lead gen, webinars, content, digital) where success is measured on marketing pipeline/ROI and not just impressions and clicks. Experience building deep relationships across marketing teams at B2B technology companies. Proven experience in managing and developing a small team of sales and delivery focused on client growth and retention. Hands on experience with marketing services including lead generation, content creation, email, webinars, advertising, social media and event sponsorships. Travel globally to SAPinsider events throughout the year. Compensation The Strategic Account Director enjoys a base salary of $150K per year with OTE of $250K plus with uncapped upside.
