Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Join The Manchester College as an Employer Outreach and Social Media Lead within our Careers, Employability and Business Relations team, where you’ll play a key role in connecting education with industry.
  • drive impactful employer engagement while leading creative, high-performing social media campaigns that bring our student success stories and employer partnerships to life.
  • You’ll work collaboratively across the college and with external partners to build meaningful opportunities for learners, enhancing their progression into employment.
  • With a strong focus on innovation, digital engagement and stakeholder relationships, this role offers the chance to shape how we promote employability and strengthen our presence across Greater Manchester.

  • English and Maths GCSE Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent).
  • A qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field is desirable but not essential.
  • Proven Experience creating B2B social media content.
  • Strong writing and editing skills.
  • Proven experience of impactful employer engagement and B2B outreach experience.
  • Track record of impactful social media campaign delivery.
  • Partnership development experience.
  • Data analysis capabilities.
  • Ability to analyse data.
  • Strong social media and digital design skills.
  • A qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field is desirable but not essential.
