Oversee site search management, including maintenance, enhancements, and performance analysis
Partner with marketing to deploy promotional campaigns and analyze their effectiveness
Support internal teams and enhance overall user experience through various initiatives
Lead and develop the eCommerce Marketing Team, managing workflow dashboards, prioritizing tasks, identifying trends, and exploring efficiencies

Requirements

Minimum of 3+ years experience in digital marketing or merchandising, with a focus on user experience, product presentation, and conversion optimization
Experience with BigCommerce platform and its app ecosystem; Shopify experience is a plus
Proficiency in problem-solving with HTML, JSON, JavaScript, and CSS
Strong mathematical skills with the ability to apply concepts to pricing models, percentages, and rounding
Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute 90-day plans to achieve results
High level of integrity, judgment, and professionalism
Demonstrated attention to detail and strong work ethic
Self-motivated with a willingness to support team objectives and company goals
