Lead hands-on CMS work and content updates while using data to identify trends.
Drive improvements across multiple web properties and reporting streams.

Responsibilities

support the day-to-day management, maintenance, and development of our digital estate across multiple websites.
Working closely with the eCommerce Manager, you\'ll help keep our websites up to date, build landing pages and content, manage products and website information, and support reporting on website performance.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone with experience using website CMS platforms who enjoys both website management and working with data to identify trends and opportunities.

Requirements

Experience managing and updating websites using CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Magento, or similar)
Comfortable building and editing landing pages and website content
Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data and reports
Experience using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) or similar analytics platforms
Good attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Preferred

Exposure to eCommerce websites
Basic understanding of SEO principles
Experience with reporting tools such as Looker Studio
Experience working in both B2B and B2C environments
