Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Leading the planning, promotion, and delivery of events, webinars, and stakeholder engagement activities to maximise participation and impact.
  • Collaborating with business leads and sector teams to align events and marketing activity with programme objectives, priorities, and timelines.
  • Developing engaging content and promotional assets to support event marketing, delivery, and post-event follow-up activities.
  • Managing relationships with external suppliers, partners, and speakers to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality events.
  • Championing the attendee experience by gathering feedback, evaluating outcomes, and implementing improvements.
  • Monitoring, tracking, and reporting on event participation, engagement, outreach metrics, and overall performance.
  • Maintaining and managing event pipelines, trackers, dashboards, budgets, workflows, and reporting systems to ensure effective coordination and delivery.
  • Coordinating cross-functional inputs from marketing, digital, stakeholder engagement, and business teams to deliver integrated campaigns and activities.
  • Ensuring compliance with brand guidelines, data governance requirements, marketing policies, and budget management processes.
  • Analysing performance data, evaluating marketing effectiveness, benchmarking results, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation

Requirements

  • Experience developing and delivering events (online and face to face)
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and suppliers to coordinate delivery.
  • Experience in the design and delivery of marketing strategies and plans to support programmes/products.
  • Degree in marketing, communications or a related discipline, or demonstrable equivalent professional experience.
  • Right to work in the UK

Preferred

  • Experience in the cultural, youth, sport, training, education or charitable sectors.
  • Experience in a global or international organisation.
  • Experience in marketing operations, campaign planning or performance tracking.
  • Experience in content commissioning.
  • Experience of Cvent events platform
