Our platform innovates the fan experience, allowing fans to interact and engage with their favorite artists, and offers an e-commerce shopping experience for purchasing merchandise and products directly through the app. Established in 2022 and headquartered in Santa Monica, CA, Weverse America is a fast-growing entertainment platform connecting fans with distinguished global artist labels worldwide. Weverse America Inc. is looking for a highly motivated E-Commerce Associate (English/Korean Bilingual) to be responsible for handling the day-to-day e-commerce operations and sales for the US Weverse Shop. This role will directly report to the Associate Manager, E-Commerce. Responsibilities: Leads the day-to-day operations for the US Weverse shop Conducts consumer market research, sales forecasting, and strategic planning to assess and ensure the sales and profitability of sales projects Collaborate on team ad hoc projects, including but not limited to, company-wide initiatives for platform improvement & business optimization Responsible for all website activities, including new product (merchandise, albums, digital products) uploads,launches , and offline activations. Manage special events and promotions within the US Weverse shop Oversees and reviews daily performance metrics and analytics, app & web traffic, and product performance to provide actionable recommendations and insights Supports other e-commerce administrative functions that may be required in a high-growth environment Qualifications: Korean/English bilingual proficiency required Bachelor’s Degree or higher 4+ years of relevant website/app operations or e-commerce experience Omnichannel & Retail Operation experience is a plus Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Tech savviness with an ability to learn new software systems quickly Ability to travel domestically & internationally up to 20% of work year Benefits & Perks: Health, Dental & Vision Insurance 401 (k) Company Match Unlimited Vacation Paid Holidays Flexible Hours Monthly Cell Phone Reimbursement Fully Stocked Kitchen with Beverages & Snacks Salary Range Expectations: The salary range stated above is determined by role, level, and location referenced in the job posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by experience, skill sets, and organizational needs. Weverse America, Inc. expects to hire for this position near the middle of the range. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. Only in exceptional circumstances, where a candidate has experience and expertise that far exceeds those required or expected for the position, would Weverse America, Inc. consider paying a salary near the higher end of the range. Pay Transparency: Exempt - $75k - $80k depending on experience
