Department: Product Development Location: Cumberland, RI Description This individual is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic brand partnerships. They will maintain frequent communication and foster productive, ongoing engagement with partners. In collaboration with internal teams, this role helps establish go-to-market strategies and activities, ensures effective execution, and drives mutually beneficial co-marketing and co-selling initiatives. Key Responsibilities · Managing and maintaining effective communication with partners · Finding new beneficial partnerships · Helping to establish and execute go-to market strategies and activities with those partners · Driving the connections with partners on technical, marketing, and business paths Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Required Education, Experience & Skills: · 10+ years of experience in the Music Instrument industry · Well versed in the current product landscape (both product and software) for the Music Instrument and Music Production categories · Strong product vision · Well organized · Good communication skills · College degree Preferred Education & Experience: · Product Development experience with audio products · Deep knowledge of the digital music products within the industry · Knowledge of current customer trends in the industry Required Technical Experience: · Microsoft Office Suite · Experience using word processing, spreadsheets, online project tracking systems, presentation programs, email · Solid technical depth in audio products Preferred Technical Experiences: · Hands-on experience designing and debugging Audio products · Atlassian Confluence · Microsoft Teams Benefits Generous Holiday Time Medical, Vision, and Dental Benefits within first 30 days Retirement Plans with Company Match Employee Discount on inMusic products
