Role Description We are seeking a Director of Product Management for a full-time, remote role. The Director will lead product strategy and development to drive business growth and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities include overseeing product lifecycle management, conducting market analysis, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality products to meet customer needs. This role also involves leading and motivating a team of product managers while managing key projects to successful outcomes. Qualifications Proven expertise in Product Strategy and Product Management Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and make informed decisions Experience in Team Leadership, with the ability to mentor and guide product management teams Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, execution, and delivering results Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative work environment Previous experience in the beauty, consumer goods, or related industry is a plus Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
