Role Summary: The Director, Client Conversion is responsible for leading the successful onboarding, installation, and conversion of new, existing, and takeover retirement plans. This role ensures accurate plan setup, seamless data and payroll integration, regulatory compliance, and superior client experience throughout the transition process. The Implementation Manager serves as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders, external partners, and plan sponsors, ensuring all milestones are met with precision and professionalism. Responsibilities: Project Management Develop corporate strategy for plan onboarding. Lead end-to-end implementation and conversion projects, including defining timelines, coordinating deliverables, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely completion. Facilitate project meetings with internal teams and external partners. Track and communicate project status, risks, and dependencies. Coordinate transfer of assets, participant data mapping, investment mapping, and blackout period logistics. Client Onboarding & Relationship Management Serve as primary point of contact for plan sponsors, advisors, and partners. Guide clients through all steps of the onboarding and conversion process. Provide subject matter expertise on plan design, operations, and regulations. Ensure high-quality service measured through client satisfaction. Compliance, Documentation & Regulatory Oversight Ensure accurate and timely completion of plan documents, agreements, and compliance materials. Review prior plan data and testing documentation. Identify required plan corrections and coordinate resolution. System Configuration & Data Integration Supervise plan parameter collection and understand data integration capabilities for input into recordkeeping systems. Oversee test payroll feeds and troubleshoot data issues. Partner with technical teams to ensure smooth integration. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with ERISA, data, payroll, sales, and relationship management teams. Support SOP improvements and onboarding process enhancements. Team Leadership Manage team tasks and workloads. Train and coach onboarding or conversion team members. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 5-10 years of retirement plan implementation or administration experience. Strong understanding of plan design, ERISA, and recordkeeping. Excellent communication and project management skills. Proficiency with retirement systems and Microsoft Office. Preferred Qualifications: ASPPA or NAPA credentials or PMP certification. Experience with payroll integration, Salesforce, and workflow systems. Ability to manage multiple complex implementations. Parental Leave: 8 weeks fully paid Paid time off: 20 days plus two floating personal holidays The salary range below describes the minimum to maximum base salary range for this role. The role is also eligible for annual bonus; whereby total compensation may exceed this range depending on individual and / or company performance.
