Job Summary

Own the digital presence for a trade association by maintaining accurate website content, managing CMS driven updates, and ensuring SEO-friendly experiences; coordinate social channels and content creation to keep a consistent, professional voice; and drive data-informed optimization of campaigns and online engagement.

  • Website and content ownership: CMS updates, accuracy, and SEO-aligned improvements.
  • Voice and engagement: Daily social activity, content scheduling, and audience conversations.
  • Campaigns and analytics: Digital campaigns delivery with data-driven iteration and performance reviews.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Managing and maintaining the FIS websites, ensuring that content is accurate, up to date, and reflective of our priorities.
  • Uploading and managing news articles, resources, and campaign content and supporting ongoing improvements to user experience and search engine optimisation.
  • Overseeing day-to-day activity across our social media channels, creating and scheduling content, engaging with followers, and monitoring conversations within the sector You will play an important role in ensuring our voice remains consistent, professional, and aligned with our values.
  • The development and delivery of digital campaigns, working closely with colleagues to promote events, initiatives, and member services.
  • Monitoring performance using tools such as Google Analytics and platform insights to evaluate engagement, website traffic, and campaign effectiveness, and using this data to inform future activity.
  • Content creation will sit at the heart of the role, requiring the production of clear, engaging, and accessible material. This may include written content, basic graphics, and short-form video, depending on the needs of the organisation.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years' experience in a digital marketing role.
  • Experience using content management systems (eg Wordpress or similar).
  • Experience using video editing software, graphic design tools (eg Canva) and AI-assisted creation
  • Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable, data-driven improvements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Good time management skills with a strong ability to prioritise workload
