We’re looking for a Digital Producer to take ownership of both project delivery and client relationships across digital product and web experiences. This role manages both project execution and client partnership, serving as a trusted point of contact for our accounts while ensuring work moves forward clearly, on time, and with a high bar for quality. You are highly a strong communicator, organized, and comfortable managing multiple accounts and complex scopes at once. You know how to keep creative teams aligned, projects on track, and clients informed without overcomplicating the process. You care about strong project hygiene and building long term client trust through thoughtful delivery. This is a great role for someone who enjoys wearing a lot of hats and wants a lot of responsibility across both project management and account leadership in a fast paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building trust and fostering long-term partnerships by understanding their goals, needs, and challenges. Actively listen to client feedback, translating their vision into clear creative briefs that align with Iverson’s design capabilities and strategic objectives. Regularly engage with clients to provide updates, gather insights, and ensure alignment on project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Project Coordination & Delivery Own project execution from kickoff through delivery, ensuring work stays on time, on budget, and on strategy Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, many of which are complex in scope, duration, and resourcing Run client status meetings, manage documentation, and maintain clear source-of-truth project plans Help internal teams stay focused, prioritized, and on schedule Flag risks, scope creep, resourcing gaps, and timeline issues early, and proactively propose solutions Ensure deliverables meet Iverson’s high standards of design excellence and client expectations. Strategic Account Growth Identify opportunities to expand client accounts through upselling, cross-selling, or proposing new creative solutions that align with client goals. Collaborate with leadership to develop account strategies that drive client satisfaction and business growth. Monitor account health, proactively addressing risks or challenges to maintain strong client relationships. Collaboration & Communication Facilitate clear, action-oriented communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment on creative direction, priorities, and next steps. Lead productive client meetings, presenting creative concepts, gathering feedback, and driving decisions with confidence and clarity. Foster a culture of collaboration, ensuring creative teams have the context and support needed to deliver outstanding work. Client Advocacy & Issue Resolution Anticipate potential challenges in client relationships or project delivery, taking swift action to resolve issues and maintain trust. Advocate for clients within Iverson, ensuring their needs are prioritized while balancing creative and operational realities. Provide leadership with real-time visibility into account status, risks, and opportunities to inform strategic decisions. What We’re Looking For Agency Experience: Proven experience in account management and project delivery within a product org or creative agency delivering digital products and web experiences, with a track record of managing client relationships and delivering remarkable work. Client-Centric Mindset: Exceptional ability to build rapport, understand client needs, and translate them into actionable creative strategies. Organization & Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, with a proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects with overlapping deadlines. Communication: Clear, confident, and empathetic communicator, skilled at presenting ideas, managing expectations, and navigating complex client dynamics. Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the big picture, identify growth opportunities, and align creative solutions with client business objectives. Creative Collaboration: Understanding of design and creative production pipelines (brand, product, web, video) to effectively bridge client needs and creative execution.
