As our Digital PIM Specialist, you'll take the lead in shaping how product information flows across teams, systems, and digital platforms. You'll be the subject matter expert behind a PIM/DAM ecosystem that supports merchandising, eCommerce, marketing, and global partners, ensuring every detail is organized, optimized, and ready for seamless execution. This role is perfect for a highly organized digital thinker who enjoys building structure, improving processes, and making data work smarter. What You'll Do You'll be the central driver of PIM accuracy, structure, and continuous improvement. Your day-to-day will include: Satisfactory completion of assigned projects for digital marketing per agreed upon schedule. Effectively transition product changes within the PIM system and communicate changes to appropriate parties. Aid teams in creation of product catalogs, sales sheets, and pricelists. Maintain account access and permission levels for PIM/DAM system users. Train new users and assists current users with troubleshooting system issues or errors. Keep up to date with PIM software changes to offer solutions to improving system workflow modules. Work with internal teams and 3rd party vendors, when appropriate, to create system connections to the PIM to better streamline data flows. Coordinate with Marketing leads to strategize marketing process procedures to best optimize work processes. Recommend adoption of hardware / software to best execute tasks. Maintain a Logging System to help prioritize what can get done and when. Complete special projects and other duties as assigned to achieve corporate sales and profit objectives. What You Bring A minimum of 3 years' experience that includes a Bachelor degree in digital data management, marketing, or related field. Must be proficient in setting up system structures (i.e. properties, taxonomy, enhanced content) for scalability with global adoption in mind and new product category assortment ventures. Experience in using system analytics to drive improvement in creative, modules, and usage. Must possess good organizational, communication, typing, proofing, and Excel formula skills. Should have knowledge ability to use Macintosh computer and run specified data and graphic software i.e. Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Salsify, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop. Knowledge of related enterprise systems (ERP, DAM, eCommerce platforms). Must be detail oriented, timely with project completion, able to train and present to large groups.
