Role Description: Blu Goblin is growing, and we’re looking for a Digital Performance Marketing Manager to join our fast-paced startup and help shape the next stage of our journey.

This is an exciting opportunity to take real ownership of our marketing, from strategy and planning through to hands-on delivery, helping us grow our e-commerce presence.

If you have experience across performance marketing, paid social, e-commerce and data-led optimisation, along with a genuine passion for collectibles, pop culture and licensed IP, we’d love to hear from you.

Based in UK, Ireland or mainland Europe. Time zone within two hours of UK time as the role involves close daily collaboration with an exclusively UK based team.

Annual salary up to £40,000
