Responsibilities

• Account Ownership
• Own every ad account we run. You know the position of each one, each day, without being asked.
• Scale daily spend significantly while holding cost per qualified lead.
• Run Meta and Google end to end: search, Performance Max, YouTube where relevant.
• Creative and Testing
• Own the testing framework across creative, audience, offer, hook and landing page.
• Write the briefs and scripts yourself rather than waiting on a creative team.
• Produce high-converting ads, not just manage the budget behind someone else's.
• Measurement
• Connect campaigns to CRM and offline conversion outcomes.

Requirements

• A senior lead generation buyer with Meta and Google experience who has personally run £50,000+ a month on a single account, sustained. Not a short scaling burst.
• Direct-response lead generation background. Not ecommerce.
• Google alongside Meta. Not a single-platform specialist.
• 3+ years hands-on at a high level, with time in Ads Manager in the last 12 months.
• A track record of making high-converting ads rather than only managing the budget behind them.
• Able to show you've improved qualified-lead CPA and customer acquisition cost.
• Comfortable connecting campaigns to CRM and offline conversions.
• Hands-on with AI tools in the ad workflow.
• Able to provide references from a founder, CMO or growth director who can validate actual results.
• Agency background is welcome. If you've run this level of spend for clients, you've run it.
