Job Summary

Own the end to end digital marketing stack across website, social, content and paid/organic campaigns to drive reach and sales while keeping the brand thread consistent.

Job Description

Responsibilities - Develop and implement the company’s digital marketing strategy across all online channels. Manage the company website and social media platforms, including Instagram and TikTok. Plan, create and oversee engaging digital content that reflects the brand identity. Develop and optimise organic and paid marketing campaigns to maximise reach, engagement and sales. - Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer behaviour to identify growth opportunities. - Build and manage influencer collaborations and digital partnerships. - Analyse campaign performance using digital analytics tools and prepare performance reports. Support product launches, seasonal campaigns and promotional activities. - Maintain consistent brand messaging across all digital channels. - Ensure compliance with advertising standards, platform policies and relevant data protection regulations. Requirements - Minimum of two years’ experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, Content Creation or Brand Marketing. - Proven success managing business or e-commerce social media accounts and delivering measurable marketing results. - Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, social media platforms, analytics and consumer trends. - Excellent communication, organisational, project management and problem-solving skills. - Experience within the fashion, retail, e-commerce or lifestyle sectors is highly desirable. Nice to have - A degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, Fashion Marketing or a related discipline is preferred. - Professional certifications in Digital Marketing, Social Media Strategy, Content Marketing, SEO, PPC Advertising, Brand Management, Google Analytics or Meta Digital Marketing are advantageous. - Ongoing professional development demonstrating up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, e-commerce, consumer behaviour, performance marketing, social media platforms and commercial brand growth strategies within the fashion and retail industry is highly desirable.
