Job Summary

Own social content, campaigns, and digital touchpoints across social, email, and website to drive engagement and learning signals for the brand.

  • Social & Content Ownership: Manage daily posting, respond to comments, build influencer relationships, and capture product and people content.
  • Digital Experience & Website Support: Update sites, create pages and blogs, and coordinate SEO/PPC support with agencies.
  • Campaigns & Analytics: Build Mailchimp campaigns and newsletters, track performance, and optimize based on data.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver social media strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Create engaging content including photography, videography, graphics, and written posts.
  • Film and edit video content for social platforms, websites, and campaigns.
  • Work with teams across the business to capture product, project, and people‑focused content.
  • Manage daily social media activity and publish content consistently.
  • Respond to comments and enquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Monitor trends to increase engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.
  • Track and report performance, recommending improvements.
  • Build relationships with influencers and content creators.
  • Maintain and update company websites to ensure accuracy and engagement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive, Marketing Executive, or similar role.
  • Demonstrable experience managing business social media accounts and campaigns.
  • Strong content creation skills including photography, videography, and video editing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common digital marketing tools.
  • Experience working with third‑party agencies.
  • Website and product management experience.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proactive, self‑motivated, and able to use initiative.
