Own the end-to-end lead flow and event tech stack for demand generation, from automation and data hygiene to landing pages and live webinars.

Automation & CRM: Tagging, sequencing, routing, data quality, and troubleshooting in Keap and Zapier.
Content & pages: Landing pages, forms, and checkout experiences using Leadpages and WordPress while keeping mobile-friendly, on-brand UX.
Webinar & events: Webinar setup, registrations, reminders, and live support to protect attendee experience and data integrity.

Responsibilities

Build, manage, and maintain tags, sequences, and broadcasts within Keap.
Ensure leads are correctly segmented and routed through the appropriate automations.
Troubleshoot automation issues and flag gaps or inefficiencies.
Support sales and client teams by ensuring clean data and reliable workflows.
Build and update landing pages, forms, checkouts, and thank-you pages using Leadpages.
Make basic content and layout edits within WordPress when required.
Embed forms, calendars, videos, and tracking scripts correctly.
Ensure funnels are mobile-friendly, branded, and conversion-focused.
Support and maintain Zapier automations connecting tools such as: Keap, Stripe, Forms, Webinar platforms
Test integrations thoroughly to ensure data flows correctly across systems.
