Job Summary

Own the end-to-end paid media engine across multiple markets, driving experimentation and optimization on Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads to lift CPC, CPA and ROAS while collaborating with global teams for market-aligned campaigns.

  • Growth Infrastructure: Build and optimize global paid campaigns and run A/B tests to validate creative and targeting changes.
  • Markets & Collaboration: Coordinate with UK and US teams to ensure consistent messaging and performance tracking across regions.
  • Performance & Optimization: Analyze results, iterate on creatives and targeting, and drive efficiency in key metrics.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • As a Digital Marketing Executive, you’ll play a hands-on role in bringing campaigns to life across global markets.
  • You’ll build, launch and optimise paid campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok and Google Ads, gaining exposure to performance marketing at a global scale.
  • Working within the Global Marketing Centre of Excellence, this is a truly international role where you’ll collaborate across multiple markets, including the UK and US.
  • You’ll analyse performance, test and learn through A/B experiments, and continuously optimise results across key metrics like CPC, CPA and ROAS.
  • You’ll stay close to emerging trends, new formats and platform updates, keeping our campaigns fresh, relevant and impactful.

Requirements

  • A degree or comparable level qualification in Marketing, Advertising, Media, Communications, Analytics or similar related field
  • 1-2 year in a digital or marketing role, and ready to take that next step
  • A passion for all things digital, with curiosity for how campaigns perform and how to make them better
  • Hands-on exposure to paid media (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads), even if you’re still building confidence
  • A good feel for performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS), or a strong drive to learn quickly
  • Comfortable managing multiple campaigns or projects at once, and enjoy a fast-moving environment
  • Curious and proactive, you take ownership and look for solutions
  • A great communicator who enjoys working with global teams and building relationships
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
  • Confident using tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Adobe, Photoshop

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with e-commerce systems and content management systems (CMS)
  • Awareness of how other digital channels like SEO, email and content support and improve campaign performance
