Job Summary

Own cross channel paid and social media execution with agency partners, embedding strong governance and data-driven optimization across campaigns and content.

  • Coordinate assets, SLAs, and QA while collaborating with Divisional Marketing to translate business priorities into paid and social playbooks.
  • Analyze performance and creative effectiveness to drive incremental returns and brand growth across Google, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and Paid Social.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Day to day paid search & social media agency management, including co-ordination of required assets and ensuring SLAs are adhered to.
  • Building strong relationships and commercial understanding across the Divisional Marketing teams to effectively communicate business requirements and priorities to our agency partners.
  • Understanding paid media campaign types and use cases, including Google search, Performance Max, Demand Generation and Paid Social ads
  • Attending weekly and quarterly business review meetings with agency partners and following up with necessary actions.
  • Effective use of Social Media management platforms to schedule posts, track performance and maintain active users.
  • Day to day supporting the Social Media Manager where necessary.
  • Analysing the performance of paid and social media by delving into reports and assessing creative effectiveness to make recommendations to increase returns and grow our brands.
  • Providing recommendations to Divisional Marketing teams based on analysis and creation of brand reports assessing effectiveness of paid and social media.
  • Working with Website & E-Commerce team to optimize user journeys and conversion for paid media.
  • Developing ways of working to improve message targeting, briefing processes and creative effectiveness of campaigns and social media content.

Requirements

  • Ideally a recent Graduate with a Business/Marketing/Digital degree level or at least 1 year experience
  • Sound understanding of paid media – in particular focus on Google and Meta as a minimum
  • Highly collaborative, strong communicator, able to work effectively with others across departments and with third parties
  • A passion for all things digital with a strong desire to learn, create, contribute & innovate
  • Highly organised with the ability to work to deadlines and plan/prioritise tasks
  • Comfortable in interpreting and analysing data
  • An eye for detail and a commitment to quality
