Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage and optimise Storm's Shopify website and Amazon storefront
Drive online sales growth across D2C and marketplace channels
Monitor and improve website performance, conversion rates and customer experience
Report on commercial performance using analytics and insights
Lead SEO, PPC and discoverability initiatives
Manage email marketing, customer retention and CRM activity
Develop and execute digital campaigns to drive engagement and revenue
Analyse campaign performance and optimise accordingly
Own Storm's social media strategy and content calendar
Build engagement with our outdoor community and brand advocates

Requirements

Experience managing Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, analytics and digital growth strategies
Experience with email marketing and CRM platforms
Social media and content creation expertise
Excellent copywriting and communication skills
Adobe Creative Suite proficiency
Strong web and technical literacy
Ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
Team leadership or mentoring experience
A full UK driving licence is essential

Preferred

Amazon marketplace experience
Outdoor, sportswear or consumer goods industry experience
Photography and video editing skills
Experience working with distributor or retail partner networks
