Job Summary

Own and optimize the organization’s digital marketing ecosystem, from website/app presence to social, paid media, CRM/e-communications, and data-driven decisioning, while championing AI-enabled tooling to improve workflows and mentoring the marketing coordinator.

  • Own digital marketing across channels, including website, app, social, paid search/ads, and CRM/e-communications.
  • Drive AI adoption and tooling to streamline workflows and decision-making for the team.
  • Line-manage the Marketing Co-ordinator and shape the marketing function within an emerging Engagement team.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Taking the lead on digital marketing across the organisation.
  • Owning the website and app, leading on social media, managing paid advertising across Google and Meta, and acting as the team's lead for our CRM and e-communications.
  • Being the team's AI champion, helping the team identify and adopt tools that improve how we work.
  • Line manage our Marketing Co-ordinator, so some experience of supporting or supervising others is helpful, though not essential.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in a marketing role with a strong digital focus - social media, paid advertising, CRM, website management and analytics
  • Confident using data to make decisions
  • Comfortable advising colleagues on digital
  • Familiarity with AI tools and an understanding of brand management and audience segmentation would be a real plus
  • Line management experience or some experience of supporting or supervising others is helpful, though not essential
