Outline outbound prospecting for healthcare buyers while keeping the CRM tidy and supporting events and campaigns.

Outbound prospecting: research targets, build lists, write outreach, and conduct calls to book meetings.
Pipeline and marketing support: CRM accuracy, assist with campaigns, content prep, and event preparation/logistics.
Presence and logistics: represent at exhibitions, manage materials, and handle admin tasks for the commercial team.

Research prospective clients within the NHS, pharmaceutical and medical technology sectors.
Build and maintain prospect lists using LinkedIn and other online resources.
Write personalised cold emails and LinkedIn outreach messages.
Conduct outbound calls to introduce Revolve Labs and arrange meetings.
Maintain accurate CRM records.
Assist with digital marketing campaigns and content preparation.
Support preparation for exhibitions, conferences and healthcare events.
Represent Revolve Labs at exhibition stands, welcoming visitors and initiating conversations with delegates.
Help organise marketing materials and event logistics.
Carry out general administrative tasks supporting the commercial team.
