Job Summary

Own paid media analytics with a high performing team and align across campaigns, insights, and performance marketing to turn data into budget decisions.

  • Growth  Infrastructure: Set analytics strategy and lead a team focused on paid media measurement and attribution.
  • Demand Gen & Collaboration: Partner with digital campaigns and insights to drive data led optimization.
  • Reporting & Automation: Build forecasting, automation, and dashboards to standardize weekly and monthly insights.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic analytics direction and team leadership for paid media with cross-functional partnerships (campaign, performance marketing, insights).
  • Develop reporting, forecasting, and automation using SQL and Tableau to inform budget planning and performance improvements.
  • Collaborate with data science to design and validate attribution models and ensure accurate measurement across Meta and Google channels.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in analytics, combining strategic leadership with hands-on execution
  • Proven ability to build and manage high-performing teams in fast-paced, large-scale environments
  • Strong educational background in marketing, data science, business analytics, statistics, or related fields
  • Expertise in digital marketing measurement platforms (GA4, Adobe, MMPs) and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Advanced technical skills in Excel, SQL/Python, and working with cloud-based data platforms
  • Deep understanding of digital channels (Meta, Google) including algorithms, attribution, and performance optimization
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent numerical skills, commercial awareness, and deadline-driven approach
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present insights clearly and manage multiple projects efficiently
